Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited, or "FPT," a leading integrated real estate service provider in Thailand, has announced that its bond offering received an overwhelming response, with subscriptions reaching twice the total offering amount of 4 billion baht. This excellent reception reflects investors' confidence in the robust real estate platform of the FPT group, which has a strong risk management framework and operates across various asset types with a diverse customer base, enabling it to generate good operational results and maintain a continuous growth trajectory.

The offering consists of senior unsecured debentures valued at 4 billion baht, divided into three tranches, with maturities ranging from 3 to 5 years and an average interest rate of 2.33%. The subscription period was from March 9-10, and it received an overwhelming response from institutional investors, with the bonds set to be issued on March 11, 2022. Kasikornbank Public Company Limited and UOB Bank Limited acted as the bond distribution managers.

TRIS Rating has assigned a credit rating of "A" to the company, with a "Stable" outlook, reflecting FPT's leadership in the industry with a comprehensive real estate portfolio covering residential, industrial, and commercial sectors. The business generates income from both sales and rental activities, providing the company with stable revenue streams.

The credit rating also reflects the company's strategic importance as a member of Frasers Property Limited, a multinational company in the real estate development business listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
